- Mixer/doser at input (for water addition too)
- Aspiration and cooling system for compression chamber
- Automatic lubrication system of the bearings
- Close-circuit lubrication system (dirty grease does not pollute the pellet)
- Automatic oiling system of the die at the end of the cycle
- Driven group transmission by direct belts
The system is composed of a hopper complete with mixer where it is loaded the sawdust or the small woodchips, max 20 mm, with a moisture of 11-12%.
The product, through an auger controlled by inverter, goes to the rediner which reduces the material in sawdust.
After that, through a cyclone, the material is loaded in the storage hopper placed above the press.
This is where the actual pelletizing process begins, as soon as it comes out of the press, the pellet is cleaned of dust through its passage in a vibrating screen.
At the end of the cycle, the pellet falls into the conveyor belt which discharge directly in our semi-automatic bagging machine PMM-1000 or a big bag or another storage system, depending on the needs.
